Registration is Open for the 2018 ABA TECHSHOW 5K!

It’s official! The ABA TECHSHOW 5K is now a yearly tradition! Join us for this walk/run on Friday, March 9th at 7:00AM. We’ll be departing from the West Tower lobby of the Hyatt Regency and pass along some of Chicago’s famous sites on the lakefront.

Our inaugural race last year was a blast! We had over 40 participants and the feedback was phenomenal. The 5K is a fantastic and healthy way to network with your peers while seeing the sights of Chicago.

2017 ABA TECHSHOW 5K Participants

Don’t be intimidated, either!  If you’ve never ran a 5K, join us and walk the event, or challenge yourself to complete the run. A 5K is a terrific distance for new and experienced runners alike. A 3.1-mile distance, the race can be finished by walkers in under an hour, joggers in 35-40 minutes, and runners in 30 minutes or less. Once you complete a 5K, you can set new goals: Improve your time or shoot for longer distances. So why not start your journey by completing your first 5K with your TECHSHOW peers?
