Wednesday Wisdom: Rocket Matter Portal – How to Invite a Client or Contact
The Rocket Matter Portal allows you to create a branded online space to share documents with your clients, send invoices, update calendar events and receive payments – in a secure environment.
Once the portal is enabled, you can invite contacts to their respective portals by sending an invite to the e-mail you have on file in your Rocket Matter account.
Here’s how to set it up:
1. Click on ‘Enable Portal Features’ to enable access to the portal.
2. Click on ‘Contacts’ to access a contact you would like to invite to the portal.
3. Click on the contact’s name to view their contact record.
4. Click on ‘Invite to Portal’ to send an e-mail to your client.
5. Click the link, ‘Click Here’, to access the portal.
That’s all there is to it. Your client will now have access to their invoices, important documents and related calendar events, anytime. Like Rocket Matter, the portal is accessible through your browser, anywhere you can get an internet connection.
