Rocket Matter Atlas Gold

Today, Rocket Matter ushers in a new era of legal technology with our Atlas Gold release.  We are celebrating our 10th anniversary with a redesigned mobile application, powerful collaboration tools, and more ways to boost profits and increase efficiency. Our goal is always to make the lives of lawyers a whole lot easier. This new release does that more than ever before.

Here are some highlights:

Communicator
Rocket Matter now ships standard with Communicator, a secure messaging tool that allows lawyers to collaborate on cases from within their practice management software.

Communicator functions similarly to tools such as HipChat or Slack and is built into the core Rocket Matter application. You can share files, launch video conferences, and associate your conversations with matters for easy archiving. Communicator also provides for natural language processing, creating a conversational ability to set calendar appointments. It works on iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, and PC.

Redesigned Mobile App
Rocket Matter mobile Timer
Five years ago, Rocket Matter rolled out the first native mobile application in the legal practice management field. Now, we’ve completely relaunched our mobile offering on iOS, Android, and Windows mobile devices.

As lawyers and their staff conduct more and more business from their phones these days, we decided to redo our mobile applications from the ground up to meet their needs. The mobile functionality in the Atlas Gold release is free to all Rocket Matter users and encompasses many more capabilities than the previous smartphone apps.

LawToolBox Integration
Atlas Gold integrates with LawToolBox, a court rules and deadline management system provider. Subscribers to LawToolBox now have the ability to have their case deadlines imported directly into Rocket Matter.

eCheck Payments
Law firms using Rocket Matter can now collect eCheck payments via electronic invoicing, payment plans, and recurring billing thanks to our integration with the legal payment processing specialist, LexCharge.  Such eCheck payments allow law firms to collect payments with bank account information as opposed to checks or credit cards, speeding collection times and lowering processing rates. (Of course, if your clients still want to pay with credit cards, LexCharge offers the most competitive rates in the legal credit card industry.)
