Rocket Matter is proud to host a free webinar on How to Protect Your Online Reputation, hosted by Adrianos Facchetti.
Your reputation is everything. It can take years to develop and only a few negative reviews to call it into question, if not totally destroy it. Therefore, it is absolutely vital that you learn to protect, enhance, and monitor your online reputation if you want to do business effectively in the 21st century.
Imagine the following scenario: A former client has just posted a negative review about your business on Rippoffreport.com (substitute Yelp or CitySearch). Within just a few short days the negative review reaches #1 in Google for your name or the name of your business. You are angry. You begin to lose business. You become desperate.
Your first reaction is to contact Ripoffreport.com to ask them to remove the report. You find out they have a policy to NEVER remove any reports regardless of whether they are true or not, unless a court forces them to do so. You become angry again.
Then you send a letter to Rippoffreport threatening them with a lawsuit unless they remove the negative review. They don’t respond. Or even worse, they direct you to a page on their website which basically says, “if you want to sue us, go AHEAD, make our day!”
What You’ll Learn:
- How to take control of your online reputation once and for all.
- The ‘secret’ to claiming your name on Google.
- What you need to prove a libel or defamation lawsuit.
- How to immediately find out if someone if someone is talking trash about you on message boards and forums.
- Why you should NEVER respond to negative customer reviews.
- And much, much more.
