Dan Sullivan, founder and president of The Strategic Coach Inc., describes a mindset as “an ingrained and particular way of thinking about and looking at the future that you hold onto consistently over a long period of time.”
In other words, mindsets create behavior. It is very easy to score the external things you see—client referrals, firm revenues, money spent on IT services, and so on. But what is more important is what’s behind behavior.
