Rocket Matter users enjoying Dropbox integration will need to re-authenticate to connect Dropbox to Rocket Matter. Changes in their authentication protocols forced us to use a different mechanism to connect the two accounts.
Please note: all of your folder mappings will stay the same and the authentication process takes a couple of seconds.
Three simple steps:
1) Click “Admin” in your top Rocket Matter navigation.
2) In the “Documents” section, click “Dropbox Credentials”.
3) A new browser window will open, allowing you to type in your Dropbox credentials.
Please email support (at) rocketmatter (dot) com if you run into problems. Do not take action until we prompt you with an alert on your User Dashboard. For our customers on our prerelease build, you will need to do this on 9/21. For the majority of our users, you will have to do this next Friday, the 28th.
