Rocket Matter Adds Additional Flexibility to Matter Settings

Last night Rocket Matter rolled out richer matter functionality and stability improvements to make our existing customer base happy.  Matter names no longer need to be unique:  you can reuse the name “DUI” or “Automobile Accidents” as long as they’re associated with different clients now.

Also, users now have the ability to set individual matter rates to zero, allowing them to send out itemized work reports for Pro Bono work.  A zero hourly matter billing rate also makes our invoicing structures some of the most flexible in the business.  For example, Rocket Matter supports:

1) Hybrid Billing Structures: Flat fee matters can incorporate billable hour work.

2) Pure Flat Fees:  With a zero dollar hourly rate, you can send out flat fee that reflect the work you do, without charging the client or showing a “No Charge” for the item.

In addition, we’ve rolled out performance enhancements, making the Rocket even speedier for our rapidly growing user base!
