Wednesday Wisdom: Get A Billing Breakdown With Invoices Processed Report

Rocket Matter is continuously developing reporting capabilities that will make the lives of attorneys easier. One report that a good legal billing system has is the invoices processed report.
The invoices processed report resides in the billing dashboard and can be processed for a certain date range. This is the easiest way to look up recently processed invoices, or get a break down of costs and fees that were invoiced each month.

 
Once you click ‘get answer’, you will see that a list of all invoices processed during the  date range selected and you will see a break down of costs and fees allocated to each invoice, along with the client and matter the invoices were processed for, and lastly the date the invoice was processed. This information can be utilized for accounting reconciliation, client billing questions, or trust account allocations.
