Rocket Matter’s batch billing is a game-changer in legal billing: it allows every pending invoice to be processed with just two clicks.
Every user at the firm with billing dashboard access will see a pending invoice amount on the right hand side of their page. Clicking on this amount will take you to the batch billing page. That’s your first click.

Set minimum invoice amount and date for the billable items. Hit your enter key to see the cases that will be included in the batch and then click invoice.

You will receive a folder of invoices so that they can be individually sent to each client.
