      Since our post on the Top 10 Legal Podcasts, published over three years ago, there’s been a surge in the number of new entrants. The podcast renaissance may have something to do with Serial, the hugely popular NPR spinoff that has been downloaded over 70 million times. So we’ve listened to requests for an update and have compiled the (alphabetical) list below. We’ll update this post as more legal podcasts are launched and others fade so if you have a favorite that’s not mentioned, let us know in the comments and we’ll add to the list.

      ABA Journal: Modern Law Library
      This ABA series features top legal authors and discussions of interesting legal theories and historical events. An ABA membership is not needed so this podcast is completely free.
