Hi guys,
I’m an independent IT consultant who, through no fault of my own, has managed to establish a client list that is weighted in favor attorneys and legal industry companies by a 2-1 margin. I am increasingly trying to point my clients toward the “cloud” and see your company as in the top tier of offerings in this space.
First of all, I would love to be able have access to your Webinar Library. Is this sitting out there and I’m missing it? Anyway, your list of topics is intriguing and would be of great benefit.
Second, is there a way to become “certified’ in your product? I’m definitely interested in maintaining my image as impartial in this space, but love what you guys are doing, which I see as true Web 2.0 for the Law space, as opposed to screen scraping a desktop app to the web.
Finally, I’m involved in an actual RFP process for a law group looking to implement/migrate their current apps and have stumbled onto “the lawyerist” site for some compelling arguments, pod-casts, and white-papers regarding the topic, but would be interested in anything you folks might be able to point me to.
thanks

Hi Bill:
Thanks for the kind words! Most, though not all, of our webinars can be accessed via our Legal Productivity podcast, available via the iTunes store. Others are posted for sale on our online CLE channel, RocketCLE.
For some data that might help you with your RFP, take a look at our white paper on comparing SaaS costs to traditional client/server installs for legal practice management. It breaks pricing down in a pretty detailed way.
In terms of certification, feel free to email me at larry (at) rocketmatter (dot) com and we can discuss what we’re doing to make this compelling for a cloud offering.
Regards,
Larry Port
