It’s up to five (5) times faster than typing on the keyboard.
I’ve used the app to create a blog post and while useful, I did have to go back and perform a few edits. This is not a drawback since proof reading and edits are a part of the creative process. Speaking slowly and clearly will help Dragon Dictation better understand and convert what you’re saying to text, easing subsequent edits.
I’ve also used it to quickly send text messages and emails by speaking into my phone.
