The changing nature of the business of law can be daunting, even frightening for most small firms. But with the right knowledge and tools, lawyers in the know have an amazing opportunity to take their firms to new heights.
Join Jason Mendelson and Larry Port as they draw on business techniques to discuss Alternative Fee Engagements, Pricing, Hiring Techniques, and other forward-thinking ideas to craft a 2.0 law firm.
