Rocket Matter Updates: Flat Fee Matter Billing Added

Rocket Matter has introduced another way to manage billing:

1. Flat Fee Matter Billing. In addition to creating matters with hourly or contingency billing, matters can now be setup for flat fee billing.

The following issues were also resolved:

1. Payment Statement page issue addressed.
2. Guards added on Create Event page to prevent error when invalid matter is created.
