Rocket Matter: Year-End Wrap Up

Speaking for the Rocket Matter family, we would like to thank you for entrusting your business with us. Our team has delivered new features this year that has enhanced our users’ overall experience and provided top-notch seamless security. Security enhancements included our integration with LexShare for encrypted document sharing and e-signatures, as well as Microsoft Single Sign On capability.  

We have also enhanced our product with our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool that handles customer intake, marketing campaigns, marketing analysis and reporting. Our CRM coupled with our practice management solution now offers a smooth experience from a prospected client to a customer. Lastly, we also included the ability to sync private calendar events from Microsoft Outlook and sync documents from Microsoft OneDrive.
