Wednesday Wisdom: How to Integrate Rocket Matter With Microsoft Outlook

With Rocket Matter’s newest integration with Microsoft Outlook, users now have the ability to sync Outlook emails to Rocket Matter and bill for them as well.
The integration is available with the desktop version of Microsoft Outlook and works with Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2010 and 2013 for Windows 7, and Microsoft Outlook 2010 and 2013 for Windows 8.
To download the Outlook Plugin, you will need to:
1) Navigate to the ‘Admin’ page and click ‘Download Outlook Plugin’ located under “Integrations.”

 
 
2) Enter your Rocket Matter credentials by clicking the “Log in to Rocket Matter’ button located in the Add-Ins tab of Outlook.

 
3) Upload an email into Rocket Matter by right clicking on the email and selecting ‘Upload Email to RM’.

4) Select the matter you wish to attach the email to and enter the applicable billing units.
