With Rocket Matter Payments, you can send out a request for retainer in one of two ways:

1.Sending the request from the matter dashboard will allow you to receive the funds directly into your operating account (as long as you were approved for operating).

2. Sending the request from your client contact record will allow you to receive the funds directly into your trust account.
