    A Healthy Office is a Productive Office: Good Habits


      Few things affect our ability to get work done more than poor health. There is no magic potion for a healthy office. Good health takes a day to day awareness and practice. Like remembering to drink enough water, eating right, exercising regularly and methodically getting up from your desk for a quick stretch.

      Here are a few tips to help you stay healthy and ramp up your productivity at work…and in life.

      The perils of sitting at your desk all day are well documented. But many of us have work to do that requires staring at a screen and typing for hours on end. Solution? Stand up at your desk and work.
