Announcement: Winterfell Edition Including Powerful New Functionality

Today, we’re excited to announce our latest Winterfell Edition! Winterfell includes powerful new functionality, including a Business Intelligence (BI) module, customizable dashboards, and significant upgrades to Rocket Matter’s core feature set.

Rocket Matter Business Intelligence Module

Rocket Matter’s BI module allows law firms to customize their own queries across matters, activities, contacts, and billable information. This is a welcomed addition to an already stellar collection of reports. With the module’s intuitive drag-and-drop interface, law firm managing partners, CIOs, COOs, and others requiring deep insights can add sums, averages, and other calculations to reports and arrange such data into custom groups. This new functionality will enable firms to understand their core business in ways they never could before.

Customizable Matter Dashboards

All attorneys in a firm can customize their dashboard views of information about their cases. Lawyers can rearrange or hide dashboard widgets based on their preferences and priorities.

Email Delivery Report

Rocket Matter’s email integration has improved with a sophisticated delivery report that enables lawyers to track emails generated from the system. With this new feature, legal professionals can resend emails, edit them, and/or change recipients.

Document Previewing

Preview any document, regardless of page length, and then download it if you desire. Move your documents to other folders or bill for them with our “actions” drop-down menu.

Overhauled Contacts Page

Our contacts page has been redesigned for more usability. Entering new contacts, searching for existing contacts, and editing contact information has never been easier.

Credit Card/ACH Storage

Store your clients’ credit card or ACH information for future use. You can also store several credit cards in each client’s record and simply choose the card you want to use.

Third-Party Calendar Invites

Invitations sent to you from third parties will now appear in your Rocket Matter calendar if you choose to sync with Outlook or Google. All event details are clearly displayed, including your acceptance status.

Calendar Event Templates

Do you find yourself adding the same or similar calendar events over and over again? Now you can store event details as a template to save you time from entering redundant information.

Faster Page Load Times

Winterfell includes significant performance optimizations. In this upgrade, we’ve dramatically reduced initial page load times, so you can get more done in less time.
