    Rocket Matter Wins Stevie Award for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year


      Online legal software company’s continued devotion to excellent customer service recognized among world’s finest

The individual category was technology companies with fewer than 100 employees. Kim Beyrent, Rocket Matter’s Director of Customer Service, accepted the award at a gala banquet at the Bellagio in Las Vegas last week.

      The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top sales, business development, contact center and customer service awards. The organization oversees several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious American Business AwardsSM and International Business AwardsSM.

      Winning a Stevie for customer service is like winning an Oscar for Best Picture—it’s the highest award a business can receive in that category. This year, Rocket Matter was the only legal software provider recognized with this honor.

      This year’s competition evaluated more than 1,900 nominations from organizations in virtually every industry. Finalists were determined by the average scores of 139 professionals worldwide who served as preliminary judges. Then, more than 100 members of several specialized judging committees determined the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements during final judging.
