As we explore the next dimension of the new advanced search feature in Rocket Matter we enter the world of tags. This organizational tool allows users to group items together based on custom key words.
You may already understand the ease at which tags can help the you locate items or export a group of clients, but tags can be used to track key business metrics as well. One of these metrics is a client’s referral source. Understanding how a client heard about your services, like an advertisement or media source, will help the firm budget necessary resources towards marketing in that medium.
When a client is retained and completes an intake form, most of that information get added to Rocket Matter. The referral source is one more thing that can be added, and a tag is the best option to keep the database organized and to utilize Rocket Matter to its full potential.
Using the advanced search tool, you can search one or all referral source tags and identify the number clients that were brought in by each.
Once again, remember you can save and export your search for future use.
