What a Week for Law Practice Management Software
Legal technology consumers are a lucky group indeed. This past week saw major developments from the two most dynamic cloud law practice management software companies: Rocket Matter launched a native iPad edition, and Clio hosted their Clio Cloud conference.
In case you missed it, Rocket Matter (our blog’s parent company) last Wednesday announced the first ever iPad practice management software for lawyers. The native application works offline or online and pushes the envelope of what lawyers can accomplish on mobile.
In addition, the cloud legal software company rolled out a hot new logo:
Canada-based Clio pulled off their second impressive ClioCloud9 conference, which featured thought leaders, users, and hands-on labs. They borrowed a page from the technology world and applied it to a legal conference, resulting in a glitzy, engaging show (photo courtesy Bob Ambrogi).
Clio also announced integrations with Zapier, Fastcase, and improved their user interface with a redesigned Clio Next. The company also joins Rocket Matter as law practice management software providers with an Android app.
