You would think I, as a purveyor of fine web-based legal practice management and time tracking software, would say nothing but good things when it comes to people using technology and “plugging in” to the cloud. Here’s a small secret: Stop worrying about email. A very well regarded technique (one discussed in numerous books and sites about personal efficiency) is to answer email no more than twice a day, such as at 11AM and 4PM.
