Turn Your Evernote Content Into Blog Posts With Postach.io

    Contents

If you use Evernote to store blog post ideas and to create first drafts of posts – like we do – you can now skip the middle man (blogging platforms), and post directly to your blog, with Postash.io.
Postach.io is so tightly integrated, you’ll need your Evernote credential to login and use the platform. To create a blog and begin posting, all you have to do is choose a domain name, pick a theme and tag the notes you want to post with “published.” That’s it! The note will automagically appear in the form of a post on your blog.
Postash.io recently won the gold medal that Evernote awards to developers who build apps that extend Evernote’s functionality.
      Here’s Evernote’s description of how Postach.io works:

If you’re a writer and an Evernote user, you’re going to want to check out this service. Here’s how it works: You write in Evernote. Then, you tag your note with the word, “published.” It will then appear on your blog. That’s it. Change your note in Evernote and the blog post based on it will update immediately, too.

Of course, there’s a lot more to blogging than throwing words up on the Web. Postach.io supports several gorgeous themes, a discussion system, and integration with several other services like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. More integrations are coming.

Postach.io comes with Google Analytics, Disqus commenting system and social share buttons.
I’m not ready to give up WordPress just yet but like all blogging platforms that serve as content management systems with all the bells and whistles, it does have a learning curve. And, if you already use Evernote and don’t have the time to learn a new blogging platform, check out Postach.io, unfortunate name aside.
